I am already receiving small bits and pieces of information on the rumored Nikon Z5 camera. The latest tip indicated that the Z5 may not have an EVF - maybe something similar to the Sigma fp:
The EVF for the Z5 could be an optional, removable accessory similar to the Fuji GFX 100:
Canon also has a similar solution with their Canon EOS M6 mirrorless camera:
Nikon has filed several design patents for a camera without EVF (or with removable EVF):
FYI: the Canon ERO RP entry-level camera is now selling for $899.
