The latest Capture One 23 (version 16.2.1) now supports the new Leica Q3 camera:

• Release highlights: Capture One 23 (16.2.1) is a service release containing multiple bug fixes and improvements, along with additional camera support.
• Improvements: Added Style Brushes and ‘Open With’ to Custom Shortcuts
