Locked dial in TL2?

Hey,
Here's the problem I'm facing: the right control dial is locked. It surely isn't broken (when I turn it, camera flashes the info that it's locked). What's wrong? I'm almost sure I changed something in a hidden secret menu and can't switch it back to "work as you're supposed to" mode... Thanks in advance guys :)

PS. This happens on all shooting modes. P, A, S and M. Each time the right control dial is locked.

Did you try 'resetting all menu settings to the factory defaults' already?

Don't worry, this can be easily fixed.

First, you'll want to go to the Custom Functions menu on your camera (usually denoted by a wrench or similar icon).

Scroll through this menu until you find an option related to control or dial lock. It may be called something like 'Lock Setting', 'Dial Operation' or 'Control Dial Lock'.

Once you find this option, it should give you the choice to either enable or disable it. Choose to disable it, and then confirm the selection.

Make sure you carefully exit the menus to ensure that the changes are saved. Once that's done, your control dial should be unlocked and ready to use again.

If these steps don't resolve the issue, it may be worth resetting your camera settings to factory defaults, although you'll want to make sure you've saved any important settings before you do this, as they'll be lost otherwise.
